I'll warn that expansion too close to my border, will be considered aggression. I will reply to these aggressions with constant bombing, as my airforce is my prided military faction. Thank you Rainin

Never once has a conflict been won via bombing alone. I would put some more investment in other branches.

Ventalia is dismayed at Raijinshi's policy towards sovereign neighbours and the potentially fruitful relations that may entail. Nations come and go, and Raijinshi's threats of violence towards the natural existence of nations is deplorable. Any unprovoked Raijinshian aggression towards other nations for merely existing will be met with retribution.

The Legion(Raijinshi is "Lightning legion" roughly translated) is distrustful of letting countries being too close; expansion towards its borders will be allowed but an unsettled space is expected to be left. Bombings cant win a war but it will certainly deter people from building close to my border. OOC- when I'm home I'll send a map with the area I consider "close" to the border. Its small so it wont limit too much (the scale is big so its actually a large area but on the map itll seem small) expansion or plot choosing for new members/existing members conquests. Raijinshi has a weak military force except airforce and thus doesnt want to leave an opportunity for attacks.

International law and the sovereignty of nations sets forth the principle that any buffer zone must be made in agreement with the parties involved or must come entirely from the paranoid nation's territory. Ventalia supports these principles and will support nations in their attempts at peaceful existence; this government officially rejects and ignores the demands of The Raijinshi for a buffer zone that exists at the expense of other nations.

This policy is to be condemned both by the Northern Kingdoms and the Northern Kingdom Colonies, if on new countries wishing to settle near your borders (become your neighbors). However, if expansion by old countries, I may look the other way.

Due to colonization on the borders, the Raijinshi places traps and defenses on the mountains surrounding his southern border.

The Raijinshi agrees to share their medical breakthroughs with the world if they are given quarter and a no-hospitality area surrounding the border, save for small villages intended for people passing by on the way to the Legion.

The Colonial Administration of the Hinnom Valley and the Ventalian Department of Foreign Affairs wonder why The Rajinshi would waste resources along a mountainous border and advises The Raishinji to save the otherwise unnecessary expense.
Ventalia will not agree to The Rajinshi's bartering. Not only is it abhorrent to deny the world of potentially fruitful medical technology, we also doubt a backwards dictatorship could contribute to medical science to the same degree as larger, economically powerful nations could.

Though close allies, the Rutthenian Slavic Federation does not respect and rejects Raijinshi's restriction near it's borders. As we have a growing region, more and more nations will stake their claim on our map.

As a nation that shares a border with Raijinshi, The Republic of Sahoro condemns this policy. Any threat or act of violence will be met with equal or greater retaliation in order to protect Sahoro and its citizens. We will keep our weapons pointed at Raijinshi until they end this aggressive policy.
ooc: not on the map yet, but Vent approved my app, so looks like we're gonna be neighbours.

Hey the nation Alpsol believes this is ok but I will as Raijinshi if he can refrain from bombing people if they were to be to close to your nation . If you are paranoid, allow me to build defense posts in front of your nation
