The Raijinshi can't help but notice the misconceptions concerning their nation. To clear things up, the Legion aims for peaceful, fruitful relations with the other nations in the world. The Raijinshi is a monarchy, and though it is not a constitutional monarchy, the citizens voices are heard and considered. We do not wish for neighbors due to our weak military system and the prospect of government secrets being leaked out. We are a nation with large amounts of iron, coal, and oil. Ironically, although we ourselves are military deficient (save for our famous airforce), we produce hefty quantities of weapons, though we also deal in transportation and modern appliances, anything that uses steel. Above industry, our foremost focus is science. Our population is small considering our size, and the citizens live well. Few are poor as the government does its best to help the poor into becoming productive, happy citizens. As proof of good will, the Raijinshi proposes to the world an agreement to the world including
-The Raijinshi will share all current and future medical research with the world
-The Raijinshi will allow an embassy to be built in the nation, as well as some amount of immigration (provided there is a region in the nation none of the above may enter; the scientific research area in the northern forest)
-The Raijinshi swears not to provoke or start trouble between nations, unless provoked themselves.
-The Raijinshi will not place unreasonable tariffs or uncalled for embargoes on any nation.

-The world will allow the Raijinshi breathing space by granting a demilitarized zone surrounding the border
-The Raijinshi will send ambassadors to the nations of the world
-The world will grant the Raijinshi fair trade
-The world will not instigate trouble against the Raijinshi

ooc: To vent; the Raijinshi is quite rich, and we aren't oppresive. Unlike Korea and Cuba, or any of the other nations you mentioned, we are capitalistic, the citizens are very healthy, and though seclusive we aren't completely against immigration, its just strict. We are scientifically focused, with an entire region larger than UK dedicated to scientific research, focusing largely on medical science. Little to no sickness is seen in the nation. The citizens have free speech, along with a whole lot of other civil rights comparable to a democracy. Though we don't have openly political freedom, the citizens have a clear say in the happenings of the narion, most comparable to a Constitutional monarchy. The citizens are allowed to leave the nation as well, as long as they swear to secrecy if they've ever been to the science region, so they know the difference between our nation and others, but they don't have complaints as they are rich on average, and they have faith in their leader (Read the origin of the Raijinshi, everyone in the nation is like minded, and they consider eachother a large family).
