I'm not changing what they are. But satellites cannot commit suicide. They are not alive. Kamikaze pilots had the intent of defending their Emperor through any means: suicide attacks on ships and bombers. All had people piloting them, medium bombers, such as the G8M1, to fighters such as the A6M, to manned flying bombs such as the MXY7. What you are trying to explain to me is that satellites can willingly choose to crash themselves into things. This is like saying bullets make kamikaze attacks, or bombs make kamikaze attacks. They do not. Bullets are shot at something. Bombs are dropped on things. They do not willingly choose to fire or drop themselves on a target. They do not commit suicide. They are not Kamikazes

WMD's? My nation has none (although Defense is the third priority, and my nation is laying plans for a nuclear FUSION weapons project), although it DOES have an anti-nuke countermeasure.

I think that (if / when we have a world council) where we would vote on things we should vote for a Treaty on the Non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and other weapons such as chemical bombs
Also at this said world council we can establish boarder changes, war declarations, and formal alliances

Ventalia also has nuclear weapons, and alliance obligations will prevent the completion of new nuclear weapons beyond the current amount.
I'd also sign an NPT. Unlike LEF though, signing would not be for the sake of removing competition so much as preventing questionable regimes and terrorist groups from acquiring them.

Rutthenia has a few nuclear weapons, but the new government (run by the CPP/Centre-Prograssive Party) is looking to phase them out.
However, if we do keep then in possesion, I would like to follow Ventalia in signing an NPT.
